I'm always suggesting to my clients to collect their ideas on a Pinterest board. It's really helpful to me to see the look, feel and general ideas they are formulating in their branding. It's even good to add things you are trying to avoid or don't like too.
You could go as far as collecting images into categories like 'standing/sitting poses', 'prop/non prop poses', 'bright/desaturated images I like', 'black and white images', 'indoor/outdoor ideas', 'serious face', 'great outfits', 'love this use of light', 'hate the cheesiness of these', etc.
Once you've created a board you can share with specific people and also allow them to contribute too or keep it private if you prefer.
